Over the years Lisa has introduced me to some amazing Las Vegas Restaurants. This year we had a chance to dine at Sage Restaurant in Aria known for it's Artisanal American Cuisine. We choose the Signature tasting menu with the wine paring and each we each took a separate path; I focused on the meats and Lisa on the seafood allowing us to taste a wide variety while we sampled each others.
